Orders and Shipping

All Items are priced in NZD 

When we receive your order, our aim is to dispatch according to stock availability on Monday to Friday.

Deliveries are sent from our office in Hamilton and are usually sent via Courier, Delivery is overnight and is dependent on Some isolated regions or rural addresses may require additional delivery time.
 
In the event that an item is out of stock, you will be notified of the expected additional delay.

If you Require a different Product an  Exchange only possible if goods returned within 7 days, a 20% restocking fee will be charged to cover admin costs, 
Please note, there will also be restocking fees of 5.9% if Long / Short term finance options have been used as a payment method. and 3.1% for Credit Cards

 

If item also has been shipped the cost of the shipping will also be deducted from the refund amount, at the amount it has cost us.

Long / Short term finance options include Laybuy / Humm / Long Term Finance / Gem Visa / Afterpay/ Zip. Restocking fees might still apply even though the order has not been processed / shipped / delivered or on Backorder
