How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Most Orders are Shipped Same Day, Some Orders will require item to be ordered in this can take around 3-4 days if it is going to take longer you will be notified.

What is your return and exchange policy?

If you Require a different Product Exchange only possible if goods returned within 7 days, a 20% restocking fee may be charged to cover admin costs

Refunds only available on faulty goods if returned within 28 days.

Software or items containing software that have been opened are not covered under this return policy.

For health reasons we cannot accept returns on headphones or microphones for any reason if the packaging is opened.
