When we receive your order, our aim is to dispatch according to stock availability on Monday to Friday.Deliveries are sent from our office in Hamilton and are usually sent via Courier, Delivery is overnight and is dependent on Some isolated regions or rural addresses may require additional delivery time. Most items sold by The AV Store are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty Please see the manufacturer’s websites for details.
If an item has a manufacturer’s warranty, and/or the warranty period has expired, we will do service and repairs in-house or will pass your item to the manufacturer or their authorised service centres.
We make every effort to provide the repair of out-of-warranty items.
