Orders and Shipping

When we receive your order, our aim is to dispatch according to stock availability on Monday to Friday.

Deliveries are sent from our office in Hamilton and are usually sent via Courier, Delivery is overnight and is dependent on Some isolated regions or rural addresses may require additional delivery time.
In the event that an item is out of stock, you will be notified of the expected additional delay.

If you Require a different Product Exchange only possible if goods returned within 7 days, a 20% restocking fee may be charged to cover admin costs
Refunds only available on faulty goods if returned within 28 days.
Software or items containing software that have been opened are not covered under this return policy. 
For health reasons we cannot accept returns on headphones or microphones for any reason if the packaging is opened.
