This is a cable made for the replacement of the Rode SC4 TRS Socket to TRRS Plug  designed to allow microphones with a 3.5mm output to connect to TRRS smartphones and tablets.

This is ideal for users wanting to connect their RØDE VideoMic to their iPhone, and record using the RØDE Rec app for iOS. Note that the SC4 is compatible with stereo microphones, with both left and right channels combined to a mono signal to be compatible with TRRS.
