The NP2X-SILENT-POS SilentPLUG 2-Pole 1/4″ Professional Phone Plug from Neutrik helps avoid pops and squeals by automatically muting the instrument when it’s being changed under load. Its integrated silent switch guarantees up to 10,000 mating cycles thanks to the REED technology. The REED switch incorporated in the connector ensures protection from corrosion and contamination. It also minimizes the wear and tear caused when the connector pin is subjected to constant contact resistance. Additionally, the plug’s rugged metal shell with a rubber cushion overlay offers protection from shocks and jolts.
