The new NA2-IO-DPRO, as introduced lately in a separate webinar, has been showcased at this years InfoComm show. The device fits in the same form factor as the NA2-IO-DLINE while adding a host of additional features requested by Neutrik’s professional users.
The NA2-IO-DPRO is a 2IN, 2OUT breakout box designed to connect legacy audio equipment with the Dante® network. It features hight-quality microphone preamps and 2 Dante® ports for either redundant setup or daisy chaining. Audio parameters are adjusted by the DPRO Controller app.
All connectors are lockable and, together with the removable rubber protection, offer a reliable solution for tough stage conditions. With optional mounting brackets or a rack panel, the box can be mounted below tables, in floor boxes, racks or on a truss.

Feature-packed device
In addition to the line-level connectivity of NA2-IO-DLINE, the new NA2-IO-DPRO also allows microphone-level signals (with variable gain, phantom power on/off, and high-pass filter on/off, pad) and AES/EBU signals to be injected into or taken out of the Dante network.
Redundancy based on Broadway chip
Whereas the current NA2-IO-DLINE is based around Audinate’s basic “Ultimo” chip (which has one Ethernet port), the new NA2-IO-DPRO uses Audinate’s more sophisticated “Broadway” chip (which has two Ethernet ports). To access these two ports, NA2-IO-DPRO features two etherCON connectors. The user can choose either “redundant” mode (where one port acts as a backup to the other) or else “switched” mode (which allows the user to daisy chain multiple devices).
Various control options
System control and monitoring can be performed either via Neutrik’s new DPRO Controller software, available for MAC and PC, or from the Q-Sys platform from QSC.
