The A58 is a true diversity wireless system, providing superior audio quality and reliability over nondiversity systems. With six channels available, it’s easy to find a clean channel, and the convenient autoscan function let’s you find that channel quickly. Both the transmitter and receiver sport up to five hours of operation on a single charge, and the internal rechargeable batteries can be serviced and replaced if needed with an easy-to-access battery compartment. The A58 wireless system includes a USB-A to dual-USB-C charging cable (for charging both transmitter and receiver from one outlet), and it comes with a carrying case.
Why 5.8 GHz?
In our increasingly wireless world, the commonly used 2.4 GHz band has become more and more crowded with things like Wi-Fi networks, Bluetooth communication, and most current digital wireless audio systems. Using 5.8 GHz pushes your transmission out of this crowded sector and provides a rarely used bandwidth that practically guarantees interference-free communication. On top of that, the A58 System has been fine-tuned for optimal performance and guitar tone.
Active and Passive Modes
A58 offers both Active and Passive modes, making it compatible with all pickups—from passive to high-output active pickups. When using a guitar or bass with active pickups, press and hold the transmitter’s Channel button for 3 seconds to turn on Active mode. When Active mode is on, the Active LED will illuminate.
Open-Battery Compartment Design
Access to the battery compartment makes it easy for professional maintenance personnel to perform maintenance and testing on the battery as needed, giving you increased mileage.
