The Audio-Technica ATR2x-USB 3.5mm to USB 2.0 Type-C Audio Adapter is designed to turn any headphone, microphone, or headset with a 3.5mm plug into a USB-compatible device. This adapter is equipped with a 3.5mm microphone input and a 3.5mm headphone output, a mute button, a volume control, and LED’s showing power and mute status. It features USB 2.0 operation and provides plug-in power for microphones that need power. A USB Type-C to USB-Type A adapter is also included for greater compatibility.

The adapter features a 3.5mm headphone jack for connecting your headphones to the device. It also has a 3.5mm microphone jack to connect a standard microphone for quality recording or communication.
With the USB 2.0 interface, the adapter provides high-speed operation with a 16-bit, 44.1/48 kHz sample rate for high-definition audio.
The adapter features a volume control to adjust headphone volume. A mute button silences the microphone audio when you do not wish to be heard.
The adapter provides plug-in power for microphones that need power.
A mute light illuminates red when the microphone is muted. The USB light illuminates green when the adapter is properly connected to a powered USB port and when the microphone is not muted.
The adapter is compatible with Windows 2000 or later, Mac OS X, iOS, and Android devices with a USB Type-C connector. It is plug-and-play, so drivers are not necessary.
