Operating and Connecting:
1.To use one hdmi 2.0 cable to connect the HD Source with the input HDMI2.0 port.

Kindly Note:
1. When you open ARC, then the TV remote will can’t control the volume, you can only adjust the volume on your speaker/soundbar/home theater.
Trouble Shooting: 1. Dolby/DTS Issue: check your display compatibility about those formats. Our device does not decode only pass it to your display.
2. HDR/Dolby Vision Issue: Your HDMI cable must meet HDMI 2.0 specifications. Replace cable if it not meet the standard.
